Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kay Park Designs! Kay Park Designs ships most orders via USPS; however we may use UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the order items and time needed. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

Ready-made orders are processed within 2-3 business days; custom or personalized orders are processed within 10-14 days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS,  UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Kay Park Designs is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Refund Policy

 

At Kay Park Designs, we strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your unique preferences and needs. Many of our items are customized to your specifications, ensuring a personalized and one-of-a-kind experience. Due to the nature of our customized products, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy:

1. Returns and Refunds for Customized Items:
   
We take great care to create products tailored specifically to your requirements. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized items unless there is an error on our part. If you believe there has been a mistake in the customization or if you receive a customized item that does not match your approved design or order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will work diligently to rectify the issue.

2. Returns and Refunds for Non-Customized Items:

For non-customized items, we do accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
   

  • You must initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

3. Errors on Our Part:

If we make an error in the customization or fulfillment of your order, we will gladly accept responsibility and cover all costs associated with correcting the mistake, including shipping. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you believe there is an error on our part.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Report an Error:

To initiate a return for a non-customized item or report an error on our part, please contact our customer service team at Customer Support. We will guide you through the return process or address the error promptly.

 

5. Refund Process:

  • Refunds for non-customized items will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item, ensuring it meets the conditions mentioned above.

  • Refunds for errors on our part will be issued promptly after we confirm the error.

 

6. Cancellation Policy:

For customized orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid any production process. Cancellation requests beyond this timeframe may not be possible due to the customization process being underway.
